Terms & Conditions

  • RESERVATIONS

    Unless we have agreed credit terms, please note that any provisional reservation is not binding upon the company until we have received a deposit of 50% of the agreed price for the job and also been provided with satisfactory, detailed instructions in writing / by fax / or by e-mail. The balance is payable at least 7 days before the job commences.

  • DEPOSITS

    Deposits are non-refundable.

  • NON SMOKING POLICY

    Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.

  • DAMAGE TO VEHICLES

    Clients will be held responsible for any damage they might cause to our vehicles as a result of their negligence.

  • BREAKDOWNS / DELAYS

    In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown or other unforeseen difficulty we reserve the right to supply a substitute vehicle. If this vehicle is of a lesser standard, we agree to make an allowance in our costing of the job.

  • CREDIT TERMS

    Where credit terms have been agreed to, full payment is due and payable within 30 days of the date of invoice.

  • LATE CANCELLATIONS

    Corporate account customers can cancel up to 24 hours prior to a booking at no cost. Cancellations within 24 hours are chargeable in full. For non-corporate account customers any job cancelled with less than 72 hours notice will be charged the full, estimated / quoted job price.

  • CHARGES

    The chargeable period of hire begins when the vehicle leaves our base and ends on its return to base. If extra time is taken it will be charged for at our current hire rate. Waiting time is chargeable at our current waiting rate.

  • DELAYS

    The company accepts no responsibility for delays, howsoever caused.

  • LUGGAGE

    The company will use its own discretion in relation to the volume and / or weight of luggage to be carried and we reserve the right to refuse to carry excessive amounts. The company shall not be liable for loss or damage to clients’ property.
